TRACKING
Your order will be delivered via NZ Post whereby you can track your order. Orders placed on the weekend will usually be processed within 24 – 48 hours of the next business day. Please ensure your delivery details are correct, as we are unable to re-direct packages once your order has been dispatched.

Please check all shipping details listed are correct prior to completing your order. Once your order has left our warehouse we are unable to make any changes to this. The address submitted on order is final and any changes required are to be requested through the Courier Service.
SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
We, ship orders as soon as possible; however, this will not always be the same day that the order is placed.
- In general, please allow 1-2 business days for processing time. We do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates. All dates are estimated. Orders are shipped to the delivery address as entered by the customer when order is placed.
- ALL international orders are shipped via NZ Post. We do not use any other carrier, even upon request.
- Customers will receive an email confirming their order shortly after the order is placed. If customer does not receive this email confirmation, please double check any spam folders.
- Aus Beauty Club cannot be held responsible / liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
- Customers are responsible for providing Aus Beauty Club with their correct shipping address - if a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage.
- Aus Beauty Club do not take responsibility for any shipment delays by our carriers.
- No refunds/exchanges for shipping costs will be given in these cases.
- If you do not collect your parcel from a courier depot after being notified via the courier company or via a collection card and this is then returned to Kiara Cosmetics in New Zealand, you the customer will be responsible for the cost to ship this back to Australia. This does not apply if the product you receive is damaged.
